We were delayed quite a bit, and he communicated clearly regarding how to help us.. meeting us at the airport, dropping the items off in front of our door, etc. Really so grateful for that communication, traveling with two little ones! Only reason I rated a 4 on cleanliness is because the high chair did need a good cleaning.. otherwise though, all the toys were awesome, great variety for different ages and genders.
