I have lived in the Houston area all my life. I am a first time mom who traveled with all the necessities- car seat, stroller a whole suitcase full of my babies needs, only to have the airline damage my stroller. “We underestimated our meet up time but she was very understanding of the airport timing and where to actually meet up at. Also, prior to booking with her, I reached out regarding needing something she didn’t have listed but she had no problem picking one up and listing it for us to rent. If we ever fly back through Houston, we will definitely be reaching back out to her.”
