“ Shazia was extremely responsive to all my inquires ahead of the reservation as well as adaptive to all my reservation changes (even providing her personal phone number and replying on Christmas Eve afternoon!). The baby gear arrived on time and was clean and ready to use on arrival. She was able to accommodate an early morning pick up of items for our departure back to the airport.
