“Theresa was absolutely amazing and gave me white glove service from start to finish. She set everything up at my airbnb prior to my arrival since my flight was delayed and I got there 3.5 hours after my estimated arrival time. She checked in on me from time to time since my rental was for 10 days and the day of pick up, she let my 12 month old baby keep her favorite toy from her box of toys. The pick up was also seamless and easy. ”
