“The gear was delivered to the wrong unit. I never got a notificafion that it was delivered either so i had to call to ask what was going on. The information in the app showed the correct address but it had two unit numbers listed and the first one listed was the wrong one. Cindy was great and reassured me that the person who delivered the equipment put it at the wrong place but nobody would mess with it. My husband walked to the other unit and got the equipment….but with this being my first time using this type of service, it was not the smoothest. The actual crib and mattress were clean and covered with a plastic wrap to protect it. Im the type of person who likes confirmation right before and after. ”
