“I reserved an Osprey Poco hiking child carrier, and that was not what I received. I received an alternative baby hiking carrier instead which worked fine, but I was disappointed that it was not what was advertised by the posting. The carrier was clean and in good working order and worked fine for my trip. Both drop off and pick up of the item were significantly delayed with poor communication on the timing. ”
