“Mindy was great! We had flown into town on our first flight with both kids and had our lightweight airline car seats with us. My husband and I could not get them to tighten into our rental minivan no matter how hard with tried. Anchoring as best we could, we made it nervously to our hotel vowing to find a solution for the remaining 5 days of the trip. Mindy had the same Graco rear facing car seats we have at home available and brought them over the very next morning. They were clean and ready to install in our rental car. She picked them up from the front desk at the hotel right on time. From one mom to another, thank you so much Mindy!”
