5 “This was my first experience with BabyQuip and couldn’t have survived vacation without the SNOO. Mindy was very communicative and set up everything for us. You can also connect her SNOO to the app which some providers dont let you do but I think its a plus because I don’t personally like the higher settings for my baby so this was I have more control.”
“Mindy saved our whole family vacation! We went to check into our hotel for a fun family weekend at sesame place with our twin toddlers and young infant, and were told that the hotel we were staying at had 2 cribs for us. Turns out they were little pack n plays, and could not be used for my toddlers. I went on BabyQuip and ordered two cribs that needed to be in my room in 3 hours for bedtime, and thought I was in the clear. Then the QP called me immediately to say that she didn’t actually have the cribs. So I reached out to Mindy, and after providing her with the prior QP’s info, she contacted them and had the order transferred to her, and got the cribs to me before bedtime!! She made the process seamless, and even came to our hotel room door and physically brought them in our room. My boys slept great throughout our trip, and we had a wonderful time. These cribs were also new looking and had clean linens on them ready to go! I am so grateful for Mindy’s professionalism, haste, kindness, attention to detail, etc. etc. I would give more stars to Mindy if that was even possible just because of how above and beyond she went us!”
“Mindy was great to rent from! She proactively reaches out and was so easy to work with. The item I rented (snoo) was in great condition and she provided the necessary sheet and swaddle so I didn’t have to bring my own. She was prompt with drop off and I would definitely order from her again! ”
