“Emily was great at communicating with me. She asked what kind of books my daughter enjoys. The items that she provided really helped to make our hotel stay enjoyable for our 18 month old daughter. All of the items were dropped off ahead of our arrival. They looked practically brand new. We had to stay a couple of extra days and move hotels and Emily was very flexible with those changes. I would definitely use Emily's services again.”
