She adjusted my reservation details when I had selected the wrong item and even sent me additional photos to ensure I was getting what I needed. Everything was packaged well and dropped at my hotel prior to our arrival and in excellent condition. Torie was so kind, and the crib was in pristine condition- my baby slept so well!
