5 “Renting from Lauren & Katie was a delightful experience! They were so communicative and easy to coordinate with. They went out of their way to take care of us, including by picking up keys from the rental office so that they could set up equipment in our condo before we arrived, and by returning a forgotten blanket back to the rental office so that it could be mailed back to us. They gave us road closure and weather updates to help us time our arrival. The rentals were also very clean and in excellent condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND renting from Lauren & Katie!! ”
