5 “Alicia and Chris were so helpful in getting us a snoo for our trip visiting family. Alicia went out of her way to help us with the settings and Chris kindly carried it up and down the stairs and assembled it. The bassinet was in perfect condition (and worked great at giving us a few extra hours of sleep!) and they were a great responsive team. I highly recommend renting from Chris and Alicia!”
