About Maura

My husband Charles and I have four children between infancy through age twelve. We own vacation rentals both locally and internationally, and have extensive experience hosting travelers in our family-friendly Airbnbs. We're self-proclaimed minimalist travelers and know how much easier travel with babies and young children can be when the right baby gear is clean and accessible for your stay. Our motto for baby gear is less is more--buy quality, meaningful items that last. I'm also a nurse midwife and own a birth center so I'm familiar with all of the latest and greatest baby gear and know how important it is to have clean and safe gear for babies and toddlers while traveling. We live on 40 acres of land in the southtowns of Buffalo with our children, two kitties, a rambunctious Aussie Doodle, and 20+ hens. You'll find us baking sourdough, enjoying a good IPA, and soaking up our Finnish sauna when we're not busy running all of our gigs!
