4 “Gear was good and clean. The only downside was that both the delivery and pickup were late and did not follow the selected time window. Delivery was 1.5 hours late, I opted for 12 to 2 pm; it was delivered around 3:30 pm. Similarly, pickup was 1 hour late; I opted for 10 to 12; it was picked up around 1 pm. The time slot should be respected, otherwise, it disrupts the entire plan. The lady was very polite and responsive though. ”
