With two little ones, Whitney and husband Matthew are keenly aware of the challenges associated with traveling as a family. We feel strongly that traveling should be enjoyable and memorable, not challenging or frustrating! Based in Albany, NY let us assist with all your baby gear rental needs and remove the stress so you can truly enjoy your stay! We provide exceptional customer service and are happy to deliver to hotels, homes, vacation rentals, or wherever you may be staying/visiting within our extensive delivery zone. Limited free pick-up is available in Albany, so please inquire for additional details. We have taken great care to include items in our inventory that we personally use or items we feel make your stay as similar as possible to home. Providing quality, clean, safe items is a top priority for us. My son and his family changed their arrival, and departure dates several times, and Whitney was easy to work with and accommodated us. The delivery and pick up of the drib and highchair were right on time and the entire process was easy! The quality of the crib and highchair was great; everything was in perfect condition!! “Whitney is someone so detail-oriented that you can relax as soon as you get your first text. She's thorough, experienced, and prepared. I booked a stay at a hotel across the state and Whitney called them to arrange a time for set up. As part of that call, she found that there were some issues with the reservation that would have held us up at check in. She flagged that issue and also sent me clear instructions about what the hotel needed from me to let her in early to set up our gear. Once that was handled, she got everything in the room and texted me links to the manuals we might need to operate the gear. She answered every text quickly, was thorough and detailed in her communication, and flexible as things changed (reservations name and pick up times). I will seek her out to book with again next time we are out her way.”
