Traveling with little ones can feel overwhelming, but they went above and beyond to make our experience stress-free from start to finish. The convertible car seat was incredibly clean and in perfect condition — which gave us so much peace of mind as parents. You can tell they really care about the details and the families they serve. On top of that, when we realized we had accidentally booked the wrong location for our rental car, Chris didn’t hesitate to step in and help. He kindly offered to take us to the nearby Enterprise a few miles away — completely out of the goodness of his heart. That level of service is rare and so appreciated. If you’re traveling with children, I cannot recommend Heidi & Chris enough. They truly go above and beyond in every way!”
