Kinsley reached out before delivery of the rental goods and established a window for delivery. She arrived promptly as expected and efficiently set up our equipment. She talked us through installation of the car seat. We really appreciated confirmation that it was installed correctly, without having to struggle to figure it out on our own. Pick up of the rental goods at the end of use likewise more than met expectation. We received multiple texts from Kinsley when she was delayed by traffic All the equipment looked like new and was impeccably clean. The crib was stout, the mattress comfy for our 2.5 year old grandson. Mattress cover and two sheets came with the crib. It was a pleasure to do business with Kinsley.
