“I received a text message from Tatiana when we got home from our trip and right away I was accused of staining a car seat, which we did not do! Her car seat seats and stroller with stains on them. The wheels of the stroller were dirty. The stroller picture also makes the stroller look up-to-date. It’s extremely outdated. Everything was actually disgusting! I honestly expecting a more helpful and informative interaction, especially when it comes to something as important as car seats and a stroller. Unfortunately, the conversation felt more focused on criticism than actually providing guidance or support. There didn't seem to be much effort to listen or understand the situation, which made it difficult to get any real value out of the exchange. A bit more patience and a more constructive approach would have made a big difference. A collaborative and respectful tone really matters. Hopefully her future interactions are a bit more friendly with future customers! ”
