“Sure, the crib and the toddler seat that were rented were in good shape. I appreciate that. I also was happy that at drop off I was able to communicate to the renters via text to arrange a better time within the 2-hour drop off window. But the reason I am giving 2 stars as my overall rating was because 24 hours prior to picking up the rented items I had confirmed a pick-up time (again, within the 2-hour range I had selected) but got ghosted! They did not respond to texts, phone calls, or emails. And me and my family had a flight to catch! I contacted BabyEquip Support which was also no help. The pick-up window was set for 8-10 am. Apparently they did not arrive until after dinner time. And I was only informed of this by my Airbnb hosts. They still have yet to apologize for the lack of proper communication and the lack of professionalism. Unacceptable. ”
