“sabrina was very helpful and quick to respond to questions and concerns. she was familiar with our resort which made pick up and drop off seamless. We did notice that a handful of the water toys included were broken or falling apart upon pick up. Over 3/4 of them were perfect, but 4-6 of them were shattered. just something to review! ”
