“I can't begin to tell you how wonderful my first Babyquip rental experience was with Teresa. You know how stressful it is traveling with a baby as a first time mom. We had a crazy travel day and I messaged Teresa that day since we were supposed to pickup our items to see if she could possibly deliver them instead since we did not know what time we would arrive at our rental. Without hesitation she delivered them so we wouldn't be without them for the first night of our trip. Fast forward to when we actually arrived at our rental the pack and play that was supposed to be provided by our rental was no where to be found! As you can imagine I was panicking :). So I messaged Teresa to see if there was ANY way we could pick one up that night last minute. She responded quickly yes and we picked it up. That night we ended up getting the house rental pack and play finally so I never needed to use the pack and play Teresa provided. She picked it up from us the following morning and even refunded me for the pack and play charge. She was incredibly accommodating and the items were very clean. She truly went above and beyond to make our trip a breeze. Thank you Teresa! I hope to rent from you in the future.”
