Most hotels and vacation rentals aren’t equipped with cribs, high chairs and other essential items and that’s where BabyQuip can help. I love helping take the stress out of travel with kids by providing like-new, sanitized, brand name gear to traveling families. 4.92 “I have been a loyal BabyQuip customer, but I had a terrible experience this time around over the Christmas holiday. The day of my reservation, I reached out to the seller because I did not hear from her and we were nearing the end of our delivery window. She informed me a driver would be in touch. When I finally heard from this driver, he was rude and dismissive, had a number of excuses, and no updated ETA. He told me he had a flat tire and was “not a mechanic” and acted like he was doing me a favor by delivering my items. I received a different story from the seller, stating a family emergency, which I normally could understand and have grace for. But we were extremely inconvenienced to be outside of our delivery window, waiting for our items with our babies, both very late for their naps after a long morning of travel. When the delivery driver showed up, he had a negative attitude and was on the phone with someone else the whole time instead of paying attention to us. The 2 car seats we received were in good condition, however, the crib was dirty and worn, missing the safety latches, and was damaged all over. Definitely not up to the promised standards of cleanliness and quality we expected. The seller stated that the wrong items were brought to me, but I don’t know if that was true. She did eventually offered to replace, but once you have set up a crib, sheets and a slumber pod, and your child is already sleeping during a vacation it’s not very feasible to have to disassemble everything. Overall, I would not use this seller when there are so many other professional and hospitable providers out there.”
