She was extremely friendly, perfectly on time, and happily accommodated our insane Disney travel schedule - she met us at 4:30am for pick-up so we could catch an early flight. Additionally, upon meeting us for drop-off, she was literally waiting outside the hotel with our things - what a welcome! Finally, she threw in the sweetest Disney-themed goody bag for my daughter, even personalizing it by asking in advance what her favorite Disney princess was - we all felt very special!
