Hi my name is Anna and I am a mother of 4 including 4 year old twins who keep us busy. I am also a Special education teacher. My husband and I have always loved to travel but when we were surprised with twins we looked for ways to help make traveling easier. We found that in Baby Quip. We also want to be able to offer that same help to other families so they can focus on their vacation and not have to stress about all the items small children require. We both grew up in Orange County and can offer recommendations. 4.99 “Renting a bob stroller from Anna was one of the best decisions for my Disney trip with my 4 year old (we tried one day walking and it was too much for him). Anna’s customer service was great, she willingly and promptly answered questions and made my first BabyQuip experience a great one! The thing I loved was the color of the stroller stood out so it was easy to spot it amongst the sea of black strollers. It handled surfaces, sharp and quick turns seamlessly. She accommodated dropping and picking up directly at my hotel room which was a lifesaver. Both her and her father went about and beyond. “Anna made my first experience with Babyquip a great one. She was so kind and communicative. She let me know right away by text that she received my reservation which helped put my mind at ease. She contacted me before both drop-off and pick-up to make sure the times worked and when our flight was delayed and we got to our Airbnb later than planned she was very understanding and willing to push back the drop-off of the stroller a bit. We rented a Graco DouGlide Double stroller and was in great condition and worked wonderfully for our Disney trip. I would definitely rent from Anna again if we ever return to the area and would definitely recommend her to others.”
