4.87 “Overall, most of the items worked fine and we used most of them with no issues. But we had some frustrations with this providor. We had a very hard time getting ahold of the providor for a few days leading up to our arrival/rental. We needed to add an item to our rental and never got to. When I finally received a response the morning of our rental, they called me to tell me they get a lot of emails, so they never received our messages (in the app or via text). They told me the owner would give me a call to get the extra item to me, but I never received a call. They gave us a 5 minute heads up that they were about to deliver and we had to scramble to get to the front of the resort to meet them. When they arrived and opened the van to deliver our items, other rental items spilled out of the door and onto the ground. Thankfully, not our items, but car seats and activity centers. The activity center was clean, but the seat was stained and had small stickers stuck to it that baby could have put in his mouth. The stroller hooks we asked for weren’t the right size and we couldn’t use them. Finally, the day before pickup on our checkout day, we received a message to confirm we would have a 30 minute heads up that they were on the way. Instead, we received a 5 minute notice that they were already at the lobby.”
