“Amazing, amazing service. Lili is very responsive and attentive to our needs. The items were delivered on time and she had her own staff to pick-up and disassemble the items from the hotel. I needed some critical items mid-reservation and she was able to send a car seat within just an hour. All the items she provided were of good quality and clean. She provided more toys than I ordered and catered to my son’s interest (construction toys). Very great host and highly recommend when traveling to CDMX. ”
