“Pickup and dropoff was super easy (we were staying with friends so we weren't going to be around for the dropoff, and Shannon was very easy to communicate with and texted me a photo when the pack & plays were dropped off. We also encountered a significant delay with our return flight home and needed to push our pickup to later in the evening -- Shannon was very understanding & flexible with our needs.
