“Brittany was fabulous! She made sure she was on time (actually early) when dropping off and picking up the car seat (therefore making our flight/rental car/travel much smoother). She also talked us through installing the car seat since it was one we had trouble with before. She was always easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to our questions about where to meet, how it works, etc. Not only that, she even helped us with *non* babyquip questions. We asked her if she knew where a few things were in the area and she was quick to respond with multiple locations. We highly recommend Brittany! She will not let you down!”
