4.94 “The crib we received was fine and in good condition. However, there was no communication with Susan. I didn't receive a text telling me that the crib was delivered and then upon arrival, the mattress was in a protective cover - we thought she had forgotten to include the sheet. Turns out, the bag was for transport and the sheet was inside. I had an overtired baby and I had to hunt for her contact info on the app and send a text to ask where the sheet was - it delayed bedtime by 20min and for anyone with an infant, you know that can be a long time. A simple text telling me the crib was delivered and I'd need to remove the blue travel bag (or just remove it on delivery) would have solved these issues. ”
